Lance started his real estate career in the extremely competitive industry of mortgage lending which led him to a very fulfilling career in new home sales. During his time in new home sales, Lance has worked on some amazing developments and was ranked #1 in attached home sales by the Howard Hughes Corporation and has sold over $150 million in real estate. Lance moved in to management where his talents earned him the position of Director of Sales for three high-rise condominium developments.

In addition, he was the #1 top producing New Home Consultant in 2021 for Bridgeland, one of the top selling master-planned communities in the country. During his career in Real Estate, he has consulted more than 10,000 people. Lance is very excited to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. He is very happily married and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters as well as a bonus son and daughter. Lance is an avid Lakers fan and his hobbies include pickleball, cycling and absolutely loves to travel.
